Casa Drema - Villa Vacanze si trova a Pescara (zona nord), in Abruzzo, vicina al mare. La struttura è una elegante villa recently renovated, into a greenery in a quiet and silent setting, ideal for those who desire relaxation and comfort just a short walk from the sea.
La Villa è situata all'interno di un ampio private garden rich in plants and vegetation. A comfortable staircase leads to the patio with a spacious covered and equipped terrace, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation. The property has a large living room with sofas and Smart TVs, equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: Mare room with private bathroom, Hendrick's room and Sapone Antico room with shared bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi high speed, Smart TV, private safe and desks, ideal for both vacations and smart working stays.
The structure is about 5 minutes walk from the sea, reachable by a road that goes through a pine forest. Nearby there are various services and connections including restaurants and supermarkets, Upim and shopping malls (even 50 meters away), the bus stop from the Pescara Central Station e dall'Pescara Airport. The area is also served by Glovo and Deliveroo. There is a nearby Amazon Pickup Point.
